21-year-old Winter Olympian Nodar Kumaritashvili has died after a horrific luge crash at practice Friday.
Nodar Kumaritashvili had received CPR treatment after the crash described as “horrific”. The Georgian national had life threatening injuries and had been rushed to hospital. The young olympican was pronounced dead a short time later.
